DAY 1 - ARRIVAL AT INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Airport pick-up and transfer to in Arusha for leisure and relaxation at your own pace. At the airport of Kilimanjaro (JRO), you will be warmly greeted and welcomed by your experienced professional driver-guide. After confirming the presence of your entire belongings, you will be offered some bottles of mineral water or cold drinks, followed by a direct private transfer to your hotel in Arusha for leisure, dinner, and overnight.

DAY 2 - ARUSHA TO TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK

The Tarangire National Park covers an undulating area of 2,850 km², characterized by open woodlands dotted with hundreds of majestic baobab trees, boasting a massive density of wildlife, flora, and fauna species. The Park is primarily famous for big herds of Elephants and a surprising number of Wildebeests and Zebras, rapidly scattered throughout the woodlands and beneath the Tarangire River, a river from which the park took its name. Buffaloes, giraffes, fringe-eared Oryx Gazelles, Impala, Mongoose, Hartebeest, Crocodiles, and hippos also call the sanctuary home. Lions are also common, and sometimes wild dogs, Cheetahs, Hyenas, and Leopards can be spotted. Tarangire is also a great bird-watching site with more than 500 species recorded, such as; francolins, parrots, starlings, Ostriches, hornbills, and more.

DAY 3 - TARANGIRE TO LAKE MANYARA

At 8:30 AM, leave the lodge with your packed lunches and drive to Lake Manyara for game drives and wildlife viewing. Lake Manyara National Park is a small beautiful wildlife sanctuary at the base of the African Great Rift Valley. The Park covers an area of 325 km², with a large portion of its land dominated by an alkaline lake, which serves as a feeding ground for large flocks of flamingos and many aquatic birds. The Park also supports a wide array of birdlife species, such as barbets, ibis, heron, spoonbills, weavers, and others. You will have lunch at the picnic point inside the park, and later after game drives, you will be transferred to Lake Eyasi for dinner and overnight.

DAY 4 - Lake Eyasi and Hadzabe people

This day is dedicated to exploring, discovering, and learning about the African culture of the Hadzabe tribe and their neighbors, the Datoga. Activities include traditional hunting, nature walks, and learning about their historical, social, and traditional backgrounds. The Hadzabe are an indigenous ethnic group living in the central Rift Valley near Lake Eyasi. They still maintain their primitive lifestyle, relying on traditional hunting and wild fruit gathering for survival. You will have the chance to learn about their history, customs, and way of life, including going on traditional hunts with bows, arrows, and spears.
After spending time with the locals, you will drive to Mawe Mawe Manyara Lodge.

DAY 5 - GAME DRIVES IN NGORONGORO CRATER, TRANSFER TO ARUSHA

Morning game drives inside the Ngorongoro Crater with packed lunch boxes. Below the Ngorongoro Crater floor lies a vibrant ecosystem with a variety of wildlife, including Wildebeests, Buffaloes, Hyenas, Waterbucks, Jackals, Elephants, Lions, Zebras, Leopards, Hippos, Baboons, Mongoose, and many other species. Hundreds of bird species, such as Ostriches, Starlings, and Eagles, can also be spotted. You will have lunch at the picnic site inside the crater before continuing with your game drive. After exploring, you will ascend the crater walls and drive back to Arusha for relaxation, dinner, and overnight.

DAY 6 - AIRPORT DROP-OFF FOR YOUR FLIGHT BACK HOME

After hundreds of miles of good memories and incredible experiences, it is time to fly back home. Your driver guide or our company`s representative will pick you up at your hotel and transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your flight back home. And that will be the end of our services. Today, depending on your flight schedule, you will have leisure time before being transferred to the airport for your flight back home.
