SHORT OVERVIEW
This 3-day safari from Zanzibar takes you to two of Tanzania’s most famous wildlife destinations: Tarangire National Park and Serengeti National Park. After a flight to Arusha Airport, you will begin with an exciting game drive in Tarangire, known for its giant baobab trees and large elephant herds. The journey continues to the vast plains of Serengeti, where you will enjoy spectacular wildlife viewing and the chance to see predators and, in season, the famous Great Migration. The safari ends with a morning game drive in Serengeti before flying back to Zanzibar.

Day 01: Zanzibar to Arusha Airport to Tarangire National Park
Your adventure begins with an early morning pick-up from your hotel in Zanzibar, where our driver will transfer you to the airport for your scheduled domestic flight to Arusha. Upon arrival at Arusha Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your professional safari guide who will brief you about the journey ahead. From here, you will begin your drive to Tarangire National Park, one of Tanzania’s most beautiful parks known for its vast savannah landscapes, iconic baobab trees, and large herds of elephants. Enjoy an exciting game drive as you search for wildlife such as elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and many bird species. After the game drive, you will proceed to your lodge or tented camp for dinner and an overnight stay near the park.
Day 02: Scenic Drive to Serengeti National Park and Full Day Wildlife Safari
After an early breakfast, depart with your guide for a scenic journey towards the world-famous Serengeti National Park. The drive takes you through the beautiful landscapes of northern Tanzania and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, offering spectacular views along the way. Upon entering the Serengeti, the adventure truly begins as you start your game drive across the endless plains that give the park its name. The Serengeti is renowned for its incredible wildlife populations, including lions, leopards, elephants, buffalo, and cheetahs. If you are visiting during the right season, you may also witness the famous Great Migration of wildebeests and zebras. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park before continuing with your afternoon game drive. Later in the day, head to your lodge or tented camp inside the Serengeti for dinner and overnight.
Day 03: Morning Game Drive in Serengeti and Flight Back to Zanzibar
Begin the day with an early morning game drive in Serengeti National Park, one of the best times to see predators such as lions and leopards returning from their night hunts while other animals start their day across the plains. After the game drive, return to your camp or lodge for breakfast before transferring to the airstrip for your scheduled flight back to Zanzibar. Upon arrival in Zanzibar, our driver will be waiting to transfer you comfortably back to your hotel, marking the end of your unforgettable 3-day Serengeti safari adventure from Zanzibar.
